Returns

We accept returns of unused products within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, any items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original condition cannot be returned.


Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


Damaged or Incorrect Items
