Hot Fusion Tool
Hot Fusion Tool
The hot fusion tool is the heat instrument used to melt and seal keratin bonds during strand-by-strand extension application. Controlled, even heat is what produces a smooth, fully fused capsule rather than a bond that is soft on one side and brittle on the other.
Why stylists choose it
Bond quality in hot fusion comes down to heat control. Uneven or excessive heat scorches keratin and creates capsules that whiten, crumble or release early. A dedicated fusion tool delivers the consistent temperature that Italian keratin is formulated to melt at.
Key features
- Controlled heat for smooth, evenly fused capsules
- Built specifically for keratin bond application
- Pairs with GVA Italian keratin at its rated melting point
- Core tool for any hot fusion service

FAQs
How should I care for my extension hair?
Caring for extension hair requires gentle handling. It is recommended to:
Use a sulfate-free, gentle shampoo.
Apply conditioner and masks only to the length, avoiding the roots.
Brush the hair with a special brush for extensions, starting from the ends.
Dry the hair with a blow dryer on a low heat setting to avoid tangling at the roots.
Regular care will extend the lifespan and keep the hair looking beautiful and well-maintained.
What methods of hair extension are available?
In our store, the following types of hair extensions are available:
- Capsule extensions – to create natural volume and length using keratin capsules.
- Tape-in extensions – hair is attached using special adhesive tapes, quick and easy.
- Weft extensions – hair is sewn onto your own hair using braids or special stitching, providing a secure and long-lasting attachment.
You can choose the method that best suits your preferences and hair condition.
How long do extension hair last?
The lifespan depends on the extension method, hair quality, and maintenance. On average, extensions last from 1 to 3 months. It’s recommended to schedule a touch-up every 6–8 weeks to maintain a neat appearance and avoid tangling.
Can I dye and style my extension hair?
Yes, natural extension hair can be dyed, straightened, curled, and styled just like your own. However, it's important to use heat protection and gentle products to avoid damage. Synthetic hair cannot be dyed, and using hot styling tools on it may cause damage.
