Tape-In Hair Extensions
GVA tape-in hair extensions use a polyurethane adhesive that took more than three years to develop. It holds securely through washing, styling and daily wear, yet releases cleanly at removal so wefts can be re-taped and worn again. Each pack contains 20 wefts of 100% Remy human hair in a choice of 43 shades and two lengths.
Why stylists choose it
Tape-ins remain the fastest professional method for adding length and volume: a full head takes roughly 30 to 90 minutes. The wefts lie flat against the head with no bulk at the attachment point, which makes them suitable for fine hair and for clients who wear their hair up.
How it is applied
Remove the backing from the single-sided polyurethane tape and attach the weft beneath a thin section of hair. Lift the hair upward and apply a second weft to the opposite side of the tape, sandwiching the natural hair between them. For very fine hair, especially at the temples and sides, a single panel with single-sided tape gives a lighter, less visible result.

Every 6-9 weeks, following natural hair growth. At each appointment the wefts are removed, cleaned, re-taped with fresh tabs and reinstalled.
Can tape-in extensions be reused?
Yes. With professional removal and fresh replacement tabs, the same wefts can be reinstalled for the full 6-12 month lifespan of the hair.
How many packs are needed for a full head?
A typical full head uses 2-4 packs. Fine hair may need fewer; thick or long hair generally needs more for a seamless blend.

Yes, natural extension hair can be dyed, straightened, curled, and styled just like your own. However, it's important to use heat protection and gentle products to avoid damage. Synthetic hair cannot be dyed, and using hot styling tools on it may cause damage.
